• 1 Interventional Cardiologist, 1 Cardiac NP, 2 Cardiac Techs, plus support from 2 Vascular Surgeons
• Autonomy to make decisions in practice, schedule, staffing and more
• General call 1:3 Mon-Thurs and 1:8 weekend, 1:4 interventional 
• Opportunity to perform cardiac catheterization and elective stenting procedures at the QMG ASC
• Collegial group of physicians with strong referral network and support team
• Epic EHR

We offer:

• Unlimited earning potential, current physician makes $1.5 million
• Up to 6 weeks paid time off plus paid holidays: Flex time as shareholder
• 1 year shareholder track and ASC ownership, no buy-in or downside risk
• Eligible for $70K sign-on, $10K relocation, loan forgiveness, benefits and more
• Retirement with match, vested day one, plus profit sharing  
• $2,500 CME allowance plus paid license and certification renewals
• The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $700,000-$800,000 depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $750,000 - $1,500,000.
