Emergency Medicine Medical Director in Mansfield, TX

Lead with purpose at Texas Health Mansfield, a state-of-the-art healthcare facility in one of North Texas' fastest-growing communities. As facility medical director, you'll oversee emergency department (ED) operations while providing high-quality care to patients and mentoring a skilled team of emergency physicians.

Your role as facility medical director

• Provide both clinical and administrative leadership for emergency medicine (EM) services
• Partner with the assistant facility medical director to ensure collaborative and effective leadership
• Oversee and mentor a team of physicians and advanced practice clinicians
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with physicians, hospital administration, and staff
• Participate in key hospital and TeamHealth meetings to shape clinical strategies and workflows

Qualifications

• Board certification: family medicine (FM) or internal medicine (IM) with EM experience, or emergency medicine residency trained
• Leadership experience: proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with a minimum of 2 years in emergency medicine practice
