More about Phoenix & Peoria:
Growth & Activities: Peoria is situated in the booming Northwest suburban sprawl close to economic development with significant job creation and a mix of young families and active retirees, bordered by a mature neighborhood with a diverse patient mix. Phoenix consistently ranks as one of the top places to live and raise a family. During the pandemic, the area ranked as one of the “Best Places to Live” due to larger square foot residences, less vertical living, access to eat out dining, and ample open spaces to enjoy the scenic outdoors while maintaining recommended social distancing.
The city offers vast culinary, cultural, and shopping experiences. It is a dream for sports enthusiasts to participate in their own activities year-round and enjoy the National Playoff Title Games, Phoenix Open, Spring Training and other destination sporting events. The beauty of the mountains bordered with parks, lakes (including Peoria’s premier destination, Lake Pleasant), expansive hiking, biking, golf courses, pedestrian, and equestrian trails, makes the area unique.
As the fifth largest metro area, the traffic is minimal compared to other large metro areas. Easy access to coastal California beaches and short drive to cooler higher-elevation ski mountains make Arizona the best place to live!
Schools & Education: The Phoenix & Peoria areas have some of the best school systems in Arizona which range from BASIS Charter schools (non-tuition) with multiple locations and proudly holding the #1 High School Ranking in the Nation, Great Hearts Academy (Charter non-tuition) is an Arizona Excelling School with multiple locations throughout the region. The Peoria Unified Schools are A+ Excelling, as well neighboring communities of Anthem, Scottsdale and Paradise Valley which are a short commute and also desirable areas to live. There are a host of private schools which range from bi-lingual, arts academy, religious affiliation, non-denominational and special needs.
