Internal Medicine/Family Medicine - Outpatient and Hybrid - New Phoenix area locations (Buckeye/Phoenix)

Med-Cure Internal Medicine is excited to expand its team and seeks motivated internal medicine or family practice physicians. Join our well-established, single-specialty group with Goodyear, Buckeye, and Glendale, AZ locations. We are primarily recruiting for our Buckeye location, situated in one of the fastest-growing cities in the USA.

Job Description: We seek Internal Medicine (preferred) or Family Practice physicians.

• Experience Level: We welcome new grads and experienced physicians, including those graduating in 2025.
• BC/BE: Required
• Visa Sponsorship: J1 Waiver available (one of the best in the country)
• Foreign Language Requirement: None

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to patients
• Manage a patient volume of 100-125 per week in an outpatient clinic setting
• Participate in a call rotation (1 in 6 weeks, calls filter through answering service)
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• Optional teaching opportunities with residents
• Participate in committees for IM, Quality, and P&T at Abrazo West Campus

• Special Equipment: Dragon/voice recognition dictation system, remote access for patient records

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $225K+ starting annually
• Productivity Bonus: Substantial, potentially over $150K annually, based on revenue generated (50% of collections)
• Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable
• Partnership Potential: Yes, after 4 years with no buy-in
• Relocation Assistance: Negotiable with sign-on bonus
