Be part of a dynamic team of nearly 40 radiologists specializing in Neuro, MSK, Body, Emergency Radiology, and General Radiology. We’re looking for board-certified or board-eligible Diagnostic Teleradiologists to expand our team.

Position Highlights

• Flexible Schedules:
• Evenings: 5 PM to 1 AM EST
• Overnights: 11 PM to 7 AM EST
• Options for extended hours are available. Choose from 7 on/7 off or 7 on/14 off schedules.
• Unified Workflow: A streamlined, template-driven system with study-specific prompts ensures efficient and accurate reads.
• Collaborative Support: Access to a network of subspecialists for consultation on complex cases.
• Diverse Case Mix:
• 60% Neuro
• 25% Body
• 15% MSK
• Competitive Compensation: Unlimited earning potential with bonuses tied to productivity, quality, and performance metrics.
• State-of-the-Art Technology: Final reads supported by advanced tools, reasonable workloads, and 24/7 IT and administrative support.

Compensation Details

Schedule 1: 7 Days On/7 Days Off

• 5 PM – 1 AM EST: Average Base Pay $560,000
• 11 PM – 7 AM EST: Average Base Pay $660,000

Schedule 2: 7 Days On/14 Days Off

• 5 PM – 1 AM EST: Average Base Pay $360,000
• 11 PM – 7 AM EST: Average Base Pay $430,000

Bonuses: Paid with every payroll, based on worked units and performance.

Synergy Radiology, LLC is a renowned overnight Teleradiology Practice, founded and led by a team of dedicated independent radiologists. Our mission is to empower other practices by providing on-demand access to our experienced radiologists and sub-specialists, thereby enabling independent hospitals and radiology groups to enhance their overnight capacity and grow their revenue. 

Synergy Radiology is a growing radiologist-owned and operated practice offering teleradiology services in 37 states. Founded in 2012, we provide final expert reads for our clients. We offer state-of-the-art technology with an emphasis on quality. Synergy has approximately 30 radiologists working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and is ideally suited for physicians with Neuro, MSK, Body, and/or Emergency fellowships or those with General Diagnostic Radiology Experience. 

Synergy’s teleradiologists read all studies and prepare template-driven reports that prompt input in a logical, study-specific, pre-determined sequence. We provide reports in a consistent format, free from omission with the sophisticated level of clinical data physicians can expect.
