Integrative Emergency Services is excited to offer full-time and part-time Emergency Medicine physician positions at Delta Health in beautiful Delta, Colorado, starting July 14th, 2025.. We're a physician-owned group with no private equity involvement, giving you the independence to focus on patient care without external pressures.

Why Delta Health?

• Level 4 Trauma Center with an average volume of 40 patients/day – offering a manageable pace with a focus on quality care.
• Staffing will include 30 hours of physician-only coverage – no APPs, ensuring you're supported by a skilled, focused team.
• 10-hour shifts on average, giving you a balanced work-life schedule with 1.33 patients/hour.
• Competitive compensation: $255/hour avg (W2). Pay rate may increase after discussions with current physicians, and night shift incentives could bring up to $275/hour.

• Location: Just a 30-minute drive from Montrose Airport and 50 miles from St. Mary’s Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, a Level 2 Trauma Center.
• Additional support: New radiology group reading day and night. Multiple RNs trained to place US-guided IVs. Paramedics practice at top of their game. Urgent Care on campus.
