Job Description

Deliver Gastroenterology medical services to patients of the employer through the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases, ailments, and disabilities in a clinical and hospital setting with no restrictions or limitations; Render reasonable, prudent, and appropriate medical treatment consistent with the quality and cost guidelines established by the employer to every patient who presents for treatment; Prepare complete and accurate medical records for each patient in a timely manner; assist with third-party medical billing consistent with employment as a Gastroenterology physician. 

Position is based in Muncie, Indiana at an outpatient clinic with travel between the local clinic and the local hospital. All travel is local between the clinic and the hospital site as dictated by patient demand, no overnights.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1.    Doctorate of Medicine (M.D.) or Foreign Equivalent. Foreign equivalent accepted;

2.    Eligibility for or possession of a valid Indiana medical license.;

3.    Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Gastroenterology;

4.    Completion of a Medical Residency in Internal Medicine

5.    Completion of a Medical Fellowship in Gastroenterology

Rate of Pay:  $525,000 annually
