Delaware Eye Institute has a unique opportunity for a fellowship trained oculoplastic and reconstructive ophthalmologist, in beautiful Rehoboth Beach, DE.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected multispecialty integrated MD/OD ophthalmic practice.  Established in 1984, this group has an established and stable presence in Delaware with a deep referral network and an active patient base.  Our facilities include a spacious free-standing building with clinical lanes, business offices, optical, excellent onsite ASC, and state of the art equipment. 

We’re offering very attractive base compensation with a guaranteed salary and excellent top-tier proven upside financial potential via quarterly incentive bonuses based on production and collections.  Full benefits including health, vision, dental, matching 401k, paid CME, and paid relocation, are also provided.
