Position Highlights:

• Employed Position with Sentara Medical Group.
• General GI and/or Advanced GI.
• Strong referral base with quick ramp-up, and physician marketing support to assist in building your practice.

Compensation and Benefit Highlights:

• General GI Clinical Base Salary - $610,000/year plus wRVU Productivity Compensation.
• Advanced GI Clinical Base Salary - $630,000/year w/RVU Productivity Compensation.
• Quality Performance Incentives - $24,500/year.
• Generous Sign-on/Commencement and Retention Bonus.
• Annual CME Allowance - $7,500.
• Paid Malpractice with tail insurance
