Are you a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician seeking a rewarding and balanced career? Northridge Internal Medicine is excited to invite you to join our dedicated, patient-focused team in Charlottesville, VA. We are seeking two dynamic physicians to help drive excellence in patient care. With both full-time and part-time opportunities available, this is your chance to thrive in a supportive and collaborative practice
Why Join Us?
- Flexible Scheduling Options
- Full-time (4.5 days/week with one afternoon off) Part-time options available (3.5–4 days/week)
- Practice Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 8 AM–5 PM; Saturday: 8 AM–12 PM (rotational coverage, single physician)
- Reasonable Call Schedule:
- Shared call rotation among 6–7 providers
Your Role
- Provide high-quality care to adults (16+), including preventive care, wellness visits, acute care, and management of chronic conditions
- Care for an average of 15 patients per day, ensuring meaningful interactions and exceptional outcomes
- Collaborate with a team of 7 physicians and experienced support staff
