St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a Full-Time Physician to join the dynamic team at St. Peter’s Internal Medicine. This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support.

St Peter’s Internal Medicine, located at 2537 Route 9, Malta, provides routine adult healthcare, including care for chronic medical conditions; preventative health and wellness service; cancer screening; and promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS

  • Shared call rotation averaging about 1 in every 70 days, with RN triage
  • Physician governed organization with physician led JOC
  • Option for flexible schedule - 3, 4, or 5 day work week
  • APP Collaboration which provides an additional source of compensation
  • Opportunities for teaching (1st year AMC students and precepting NP/PA students)
  • Opportunity for hybrid work in Hospital Medicine if desired
  • Opportunities for physician leadership/administrative work are available if interested.

  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • NYS License

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE 

St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates, offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:

  • Starting compensation is between $250,000 and $270,000 with ability to earn additional money in productivity.
  • The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
  • Starting Bonus of $75,000
  • Retention Bonus of $25,000
  • Excellent benefits; including health/vision/dental insurances
  • Paid malpractice, including post-SPHP employment tail coverage
  • CME time & expense allowance
  • Paid time away from the practice
  • Retirement savings program with employer matching program
