What You’ll Do
As a General Anesthesiologist with Wilmington Health, you’ll:

• Collaborate with a top-notch surgical team to provide safe and customized anesthesia care in an ASC and OP setting.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, develop comprehensive anesthesia plans, and excel in regional anesthesia techniques (no fellowship required!).
• Supervise CRNAs, ensuring high-quality outcomes for every procedure.
• Deliver expert care during outpatient procedures, surgeries, and post-operative recovery.

What You Bring

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification or eligibility (BC/BE) in anesthesiology.
• A North Carolina medical license or commitment to obtaining one.
• At least 3 years of experience in high-acuity anesthesia settings.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a dedication to patient-centered care.
