Job Summary:
HCA Florida Ocala Hospital is partnering with a well-established private practice in Ocala, Florida, seeking to expand by adding more like-minded physicians.Qualified Candidates:
- Join a thriving practice with nearly 20 providers, including 12 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers (APPs). The team consists of 11 gastroenterologists, an in-house pathologist, and a mix of nurse practitioners and physician assistants, as well as 2 hospital-based APPs.
- Practice offers comprehensive services in gastroenterology and hepatology including: colonoscopy, capsule endoscopy, ERCP, and hemorrhoid bandings. We treat conditions including colon polyps, GERD, Barrett’s, liver disease, ulcer disease, Crohn’s disease, celiac disease, heartburn, and chronic constipation or diarrhea.
- Opportunities are available due to recent provider retirements.
- Enjoy the stability of an established clinic with structured procedures, offering flexibility based on patient volume and clinical needs.
- Access ERCP and EUS procedures, though experience in these areas is not required.
- New graduates are welcome, but board eligibility or certification by the American Board of Medical Specialties is required.
- Practice has main campus location in Ocala with 2 additional satellite locations for patient convenience as well as 2 AAAHC certified surgery centers.
