General Surgeon

Providence is seeking a per diem board-eligible/board-certified General Surgeon to provide call coverage and acute surgical services at Providence Portland Medical Center. The permanent position provides occasional coverage for a growing practice of six full time surgeons and six full time advanced practice clinicians, supported by Providence Medical Group.

• 12- or 24-hour shifts available
• No clinic responsibilities
• No shift requirement or minimum
• Surgeons can elect to provide coverage at Providence Portland Medical Center or be considered for available shifts at Providence’s other hospitals in Portland Metro
