- Full time – 1.0 FTE
- Salary Range: $315,880 - $315,880
- Student Loan forgiveness and sign on bonus - Up to $180K
- Located at 248 McHenry St., Burlington, WI
- 36 clinic hours per week
- Call 1:15
- Dedicated Medical Assistant
- 1 Nurse Practitioner
- After hours nurse triage
