• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Call, Weekend call, 24-hour shifts
• 24 hour call coverage
• 120 patients per year
• Maxillofacial fracture, reconstruction of the head & neck, trauma reconstruction, breast surgery etc
• DEA needed
