Highlights:
- Work with a cohesive team of new and experienced physicians and APPs at our multispecialty clinic in Smokey Point, Washington.
- Enjoy a Monday-Friday outpatient only schedule, with some extended hours that may be required. Opportunity to work a 4-day workweek.
- Great work/life balance with a weekday, outpatient only schedule with a 1:18 shared phone call rotation. Our acute care hospitals are staffed with Hospitalists to handle any inpatient coverage.
- Our providers see a good mix of chronic and acute patients across the lifespan. Basic in office procedures performed in clinic, based on provider comfort level and preference. This clinic is located in a multispecialty building with immediate access to lab, diagnostic imaging services, and a variety of subspecialty providers.
- This is a hospital-employed position with access to a large, existing in house specialty care referral base.
- Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an ACGME accredited residency program.
- Board Eligible/Board Certification required.
- 2-3 years of experience preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start.
- The ideal candidate will place a priority on improving lives through compassionate and innovative healthcare and focus on building lasting relationships with their patients as well as strong ties within the community.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Guaranteed first year salary: $298,975

- Cascade Valley Hospital is a licensed 48-bed facility with a Level IV Trauma Center. The hospital features a full range of services including acute care, critical care, and a variety of surgical services. The facility also offers a number of support services such as an in-house laboratory, rehabilitation program, and comprehensive diagnostic imaging.
