Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Urologist to join our team on a locum tenens basis. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive urological care, including patient evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and surgical interventions as needed. In addition to clinical responsibilities, the selected physician will have the opportunity to participate in the Moden Fellowship Program, focusing on health informatics, AI, and entrepreneurship training. This unique offering allows for professional growth in the rapidly evolving field of AI in medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform surgical procedures, including minimally invasive surgeries.
• Provide follow-up care and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
• Engage in the Moden Fellowship Program to gain expertise in AI applications in healthcare.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology.
• Valid medical license in Minnesota & Kentucky or eligibility to obtain one.
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of current urological practices and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
• Interest in artificial intelligence and its applications in healthcare.
• Willingness to participate in the Moden Fellowship Program.
