Position Overview:
We have several openings for Urologists at various facilities within the Baylor Scott & White Health system. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of dedicated professionals and make a positive impact on patient outcomes. As a Urologist, you will diagnose and treat a wide range of urologic conditions, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and provide exceptional care to patients across all age groups. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based urological care to a diverse patient population.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of urologic disorders and conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures, including minimally invasive techniques, when necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow established medical protocols.
• Stay current on the latest developments and research in urology.
• Participate in continuing education, quality improvement initiatives, and system-wide committees as needed.
• Offer compassionate care to patients, addressing their concerns and providing education on their conditions.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of Texas (or eligibility for licensure).
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
