• Schedule: 5-10 days per month, including low-volume call, clinic, and surgical cases
• Compensation: Guaranteed daily rate + uncapped wRVU production bonuses

Key Details:

• Bread-and-butter orthopedic practice covering ground-level falls and basic orthopedic injuries
• Hand surgeons with experience in general ortho call coverage are welcome
• Clinic and call coverage for critical care hospital nearby
• Travel expenses are fully coordinated and paid for by inReach (no relocation required!)
• Contract: 1099 independent contractor

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience
• Comfort handling ground-level falls, basic trauma, and standard orthopedic injuries
• Must be available for 24/7 call during scheduled shifts

Location:

• Near Albuquerque, NM
• Travel is covered, so relocation is not necessary
