Baptist Health Rehabilitation Institute - Conway, in conjunction with Arkansas Health Group (AHG), is seeking a BE/BC Physiatrist to practice inpatient medicine.
Baptist Health Medical Center - Conway is a 120 licensed hospital built in 2016. The Rehabilitation Institute within the hospital was opened in 2020 and has since expanded to 14 beds. The physiatrist would serve as the medical director for the program. Call coverage for weekends would be rotational with the group of physiatrists in the Baptist Health system. The program boasts an experienced team of therapists, nurses, and case management with strong quality outcomes and excellent patient experience reports.
Baptist Health Medical Center-Conway has served patients of Faulkner County and surrounding areas since it opened in September 2016. The nationally recognized, faith-based hospital features 120 licensed beds and eight operating rooms. Baptist Health Medical Center-Conway is easily accessible off Interstate 40 at Exit 129-B (Northbound) and Exit 129 (Southbound).
The Women's Center is a 50,000 square-foot, state of the art facility that offers advanced, innovative services to patients. Some of these services include a Level II specialty care nursery, Jacuzzi tubs for use during labor, and SMART beds that make for a comfortable stay for new moms.
The hospital’s Emergency Department is a Level III trauma center, which means it has demonstrated the ability to provide advanced trauma life support (ATLS) prior to the transfer of patients to a higher-level trauma center.
Also located on the campus are Baptist Health Rehabilitation Institute-Conway, a Medical Office Building and Baptist Health Surgical and Specialty Clinic-Conway, allowing patients and providers convenient access to additional health care services.
