Internal Medicine Faculty to join our excellent team of collaborating Physicians!

Mercyhealth is a multi-regional, integrated health system comprising of 7 hospitals, more than 900 employed physicians, over 80 outpatient clinics and other service sites that provide care to residents in more than 55 communities throughout northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin. Mercyhealth Javon Bea Hospital is located just off I90 in Rockford IL.; is a Comprehensive Stroke Center and an ACS designated Level I Adult Trauma Center, Level III NICU, with advanced operating and surgery suites, including hybrid operating suites that provide physicians with real-time radiographic capabilities while performing surgery all-in-one surgical suite.

 Qualifications:

• MD/DO Board Certified
• Residency training from an ACGME accredited internal medicine program.
• The ability to communicate clearly and work as a member of a team.
• A passion to teach residents and medical students in didactic/clinic setting.
• Skilled at providing exceptional care.
• Previous faculty experience in an accredited residency or fellowship program is desired, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
