As a Medical Pod Leader, you will:

• Be the clinical leader, responsible for the clinical performance of the pod team (including accurate diagnosis, documentation, quality, patient experience, affordability, patient safety, and clinical team dynamics).
• Develop and maintain close working relationships with all clinical team members within the pod.
• Function as the collaborating physician for Nurse Practitioners.
• Enjoy a blend of clinical and leadership responsibilities, with up to 50% of your time dedicated to leading your team.
