Compensation & Benefits Package:

• Annual Base Salary: $265,000
• Productivity Bonus: $48,000 annually, based on performance metrics
• Sign-on Bonus: $40,000
• CME Allowance: $1,000 per year for continuing medical education expenses

Paid Time Off (PTO):

• 15 weekdays of paid time off per year
• 5 additional days for CME or personal use

Relocation and Licensing:

• Up to $10,000 in relocation reimbursement
• License & DEA Fee Coverage

Holidays and Sick Days:

• 7 paid holidays per year
• 5 sick days per year

Qualifications:

• MD or DO Degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine
• Valid California Medical License (or ability to obtain one prior to start)
• DEA Certification (or ability to obtain one prior to start)
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
