Physician- 65 Prime Plus Clinic - Fort Smith, AR

Mercy is recruiting board eligible or board certified Physicians with a specific interest in building relationships, focusing on wellness, changing lives, and making a difference for seniors. This is an outpatient-only position with an established patient panel size of 600 patients on Medicare and Medicare Advantage. Multiple practice locations throughout the St. Louis market.?

• In-person, virtual, or telephonic encounters – annual comprehensive visits, transitional care, and acute/urgent visits?

• Compensation will be a guaranteed annual salary plus quality incentives and not dependent on production metrics or wRVUs allowing you to focus on relationships and time with patients!?
