Aurora Health Care in affiliation with the UW School of Medicine and Public Health is seeking a fellowship trained geriatrician interested in leading a multidisciplinary team to provide consults to hospitalists, specialists, and the primary care team to round on the med surge units with a geriatric practice model. - Aurora Sinai Medical Center has the first Acute Care for the Elderly (ACE) program in our state and a robust AGS Co-Care Hospital Elder Life Program/HELP for delirium prevention in older adults admitted to the hospital
- This faculty member will serve as a preceptor and provide training to fellows, residents and medical students
- Salary Base Plus Compensation model from $269,316 to $269,316 as well as student loan forgiveness and sign on bonus up to $125,000
- Opportunities for scholarly opportunities include: presenting at national meetings, collaborating to develop and assimilate best practices and being a champion for excellent care for older adults
