Full Circle Health is seeking a Full-Time Physician who is enthusiastic about family medicine and rural healthcare delivery. We are an ACGME- accredited family medicine program with 4 residents per class, providing comprehensive training in a community-based setting. We provide full-scope outpatient family medicine care, supervise and mentor residents, fostering a supportive and educational environment. We are located next to our small community hospital and collaborate with our local health care providers to ensure integration and comprehensive patient care. We are also in close proximity to a higher acuity health center in a neighboring town, providing a well-rounded approach to rural healthcare challenges. Outpatient work will be in a FQHC that is also a level 3 patient centered medical home.
We believe in team based, patient focused care and community engagement. We are supported by a robust clinical care team including a dietician, clinical pharmacist, care coordinators, advanced practice clinicians, behavioral health providers and community health workers. Full Circle Health - Family Medicine Residency of Idaho is our sponsoring institution with nearly 50 years of producing strong, rural physicians.
Since our community is approximately 25% Spanish speaking, Spanish language skills are appreciated, but not required. The position is available now. Competitive academic salary with additional compensation based on experience. FTCA malpractice insurance is provided. Employees are eligible to participate in a comprehensive benefits package including potential for loan repayment.
Work Schedule - Work 4 days per week which includes administrative time, precepting and clinic.

The Caldwell Clinic, which opened July 5th, 2023, is located on the second floor of the Family Medicine Center building (across the street from West Valley Medical Center at 315 E Elm Street, STE 201).
