Full Circle Health Family Medicine Residency of Idaho Nampa is seeking a new faculty member who aligns with our mission of training the next generation of family physicians to provide care in rural and under-resourced settings to join our group. We are a relatively new, ACGME accredited program with 6 residents per class, who graduated our first class in 2022. Ideally, we are looking for a physician interested in broad scope inpatient work with adults, OB and newborn care and a passion for medical education. Call is approximately 1 in 7. We have a unique practice setting with our outpatient work at a teaching health center and inpatient work at a small community hospital associated with a nearby higher acuity health center. Outpatient work will be in an FQHC that is also a level 3 PCMH. We believe in team based, patient focused care and community engagement.  We are supported by a clinical care team of a psychologist, dietician, clinical pharmacist, care coordinators, and community health workers. Our community medicine program is a large component of our training so interest here is also welcomed. The Family Medicine Residency of Idaho is our sponsoring institution with over 40 years of producing strong, rural physicians.

Since our community is approximately 25% Spanish speaking, Spanish language skills are appreciated but not required. The position is available now. Competitive academic salary with additional compensation for experience. Malpractice insurance is provided. Employees are eligible to participate in a comprehensive benefits package including potential for loan repayment. New graduates are welcome; FMRI will support faculty development, including participation in University of Washington sponsored faculty development fellowships as available. We will consider part-time interest for the right candidate.
