• Collaborative Night Team: Join a dedicated group of 10 Nocturnists who work seamlessly together across various roles, including triage, admitting, and cross-cover shifts. With a 7-on/7-off schedule and 5 Nocturnists in-house each night, you’ll enjoy a balanced, predictable routine that fosters professional excellence and personal well-being.
• Advanced, Specialized Care with No Procedures Required: Work in a closed ICU environment where the ICU team handles Code Blue (Code 99/Adult Medical codes requiring ACLS), allowing you to focus on managing Rapid Response, stroke alerts, Sepsis Alerts, and Code BERT without the need to perform procedures.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Thrive in a collaborative environment that prioritizes mentorship. Our experienced Hospitalists are committed to guiding new graduates, ensuring a smooth transition into practice, and setting you up for long-term success as a Hospitalist.
• Outstanding Compensation and Benefits: Start with a competitive base salary of $330,000, enhanced by a generous night shift stipend of $1,000 per shift, resulting in a total potential annual compensation of $512,000.
