Mercy Post Acute is currently seeking a board certified or board eligible Geriatrician, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our practice in Washington, Missouri. Our Mercy Clinic Post Acute team consists of 1 physician, 2 advanced practice providers and an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care.
Responsibilities include managing complex medical conditions, coordinating all aspects of care for their patient, and developing strong relationships with residents and their families. Must possess excellent communication/interpersonal skills & have a solid understanding of nursing home regulations.
