Job Description
ThedaCare is seeking a BE or BC Internal Medicine Physician to join our expanding Perioperative Services Team at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Appleton, Neenah and Orthopedic, Spine & Pain Institute in Appleton, WI.
- Full-time 1.0 FTE (0.9FTE Clinical & 0.1FTE Medical Director Duties)
- Monday-Friday: 8a-4:30p
- No call, weekend or holidays
- Unique position to care for surgical patients in the inpatient setting while also cross training into an outpatient clinic for preoperative risk stratifications and evaluations. Role will directly influence quality outcomes of surgical patients including postoperative outcomes, same day surgery cancellations, care coordination, readmission prevention and system mortality index.
