We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team! This role will be seeing patients in the E. Cincinnati area with an assistant. 

This full time opportunity offers:

1. Primary Care services in the comfort of patients' homes or facilities
2. Company Vehicle + Assistant for Appointments
3. Focus on the Adult Geriatric population
4. Monday-Friday schedule
