• Annual salary guarantee of $396k for 18 months, then productivity

     Ob/Gyn wanted to join a Sacramento Metropolitan Multispecialty group. Join this group of Century old, 150+ providers The OB/GYN Team is comprised of 2 physicians and 5 APPs. Payer Mix includes HMO, PPO, Fee for service. Practice is an OB 50%-50% GYN mix, Average patients per day 20-25.  Candidates need to have Laparoscopy & minimally invasive skills prescribe contraception, perform tubal ligation and insert IUDs, Prefer ability to do slings (TVT/ TOT), ultrasound (not anatomy scan).  High risk pregnancies, and access to MFM is in Sacramento. Facility is a 108-bed acute care facility, Birthing Center has 7 LDRs, No NICU, Designated as baby-friendly, and has Dula program, Hospital is in the process of getting a robot, No elective terminations, Spanish, Punjabi, Farsi, Mandarin language skills a plus. EMR system is Cerner, Call: 1:5 APPs. Excellent group culture – strongly believe in work-life balance.
