Our Primary Care Physician (PCP) functions as a team provider in shared workflow with a multidisciplinary Patient-Aligned Care Team (PACT - a medical home model), or as a float or gap provider assigned to provide comprehensive, collaborative same day and continuity care to an assigned panel of Veterans as well as to patients outside the assigned panel when Veteran care indicates a need for such. Medical care is delivered in accordance with current clinical practice guidelines with attention to prevention via utilization of evidence-based clinical decision-making tools. In addition to the provision of high-quality medical care, PACT Physicians demonstrate excellence in customer service via compassionate and informed interpersonal relationships with veterans, family members and staff.
Salary Range: $240,000-$285,000
Work Hours: Mon-Friday 8:00-4:30pm No Weekends!
Candidates must: 1) be a US citizen) 2) possess a current, full, unrestricted medical license in any state and 3) board certification in family or internal medicine.
INCENTIVES: Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) offers up to $200,000 over 5-years, tax-free and/or Recruitment Incentive with minimum 3-year service obligation. Recruitment/ relocation may be authorized for highly qualified candidates.
