• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Call, Weekend call
• ACLS and BLS required
• 0 - 2 cases during 24 hours on call
• Bread and butter general surgery urgent emergent cases - gall bladders, appendectomies
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
