Job Description

SSM Health SLUCare Physician Group is seeking a Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician to join our Department of Family & Community Medicine in St. Louis, MO.

Job Description:

  • 100% Outpatient (option for inpatient rounding available with Family medicine residency)
  • Schedule: Full-time with after-hour sport coverage in conjunction with Sports Medicine team
  • Ortho and Sports Med Clinic Support
  • Sports Medicine related complaints including concussions, medical management of musculoskeletal concerns of the community
  • University and High School support and sideline coverage
  • Teach and supervise medical students, athletic training students, residents, and Sports Med fellows.
  • Support scholarly activity
  • Collaborate with colleagues within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Associate Program Director role in Primary Care Sports Medicine fellowship available, commensurate on experience.

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified MD or DO
  • Board-certified or board-eligible CAQSM required
  • Ability to obtain an active medical license in the state of Missouri and Illinois
  • Experience in MSK diagnostic and interventional ultrasound
