Looking for a meaningful part-time opportunity from the comfort of your home? Iris Telehealth is hiring a psychiatrist either licensed in Missouri or with an active IMLC LOQ to provide essential care to underserved communities through 100% remote work, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

In this role, we have flexible scheduling options and are looking for a psychiatrist for 24-40 hours per week in an FQHC outpatient setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology. About the Role:

• Setting: FQHC outpatient clinic in Missouri (100% remote)
• Schedule: 24-40 hours/week with 60 minutes of admin time per 8-hour day
• Appointments: 60-minute initial visits, 30-minute follow-ups
• Patient Population: Ages 18+ with diagnoses including mood disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, psychosis, IDD, dual diagnosis, and some ADHD
• Caseload: 12-14 patients/day, max of 2 intakes/day
• Remote & Supported: You’ll have full support from onsite telehealth staff to handle rooming, vitals, labs, giving you more time to focus on what you do best—patient care!
• Supervision: Supervision of onsite PMHNPs required.
• No-on call responsibilities!

Qualifications:

• Completion of a 4-year ACGME Residency Program in Psychiatry.
• Active medical license in Missouri or an IMLC with a letter of qualification required
• Availability for 24-40 hours per week, with the ability to work during CST hours.
• Telehealth experience, with knowledge of EClinical Works as a plus.
• Experience with CMHC diagnoses and a willingness to treat patients with varying levels of acuity, from low to high.
• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
