$400/hour for in-house overtime

$4,000 for a 5-day week (Wed 7:30 AM - Mon 7:30 AM)

$450/hour for callbacks (6-hour minimum)

Double board-certified in anesthesiology and cardiac anesthesia

Experience with TAVR procedures
