At our Hartford location, our Hospitalists have the opportunity to provide our patients with the personal attention typical of a community hospital along with state-of-the-art medical resources. 

Position highlights

  • Very collegial Hospitalist group, nurses and specialists
  • APC support
  • 24 weeks per year (168 shifts) with 2 extra weeks off!
  • NO procedures and robust Intensivist support
  • 70 bed hospital and census is typically 15-17 patients per day
  • Stable health care system in top decile for patient care
  • This employed position offers a competitive salary of 300K, relocation assistance, student loan forgiveness, sign-on bonus, annual CME allowance, malpractice/tail coverage, and full benefits including a 401K match
  • EPIC EMR
  • Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
  • Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature

  • Very competitive compensation ($305,500-$400,000) AND productivity bonus!
