• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.  
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.  
• Valid medical license to practice in North Dakota.

Trinity Health Western Dakota is a multi-specialty practice building in Williston, ND and is home to an Ambulatory Surgical Center. The community clinic houses three Family Practice physicians, four Advanced Practice Practitioners along with Regional Eyecare, currently staffed with one Ophthalmologist. A variety of providers from Trinity’s main campus in Minot offer satellite clinics in Williston to include the following services:

Williston is located in the northwest corner of North Dakota eighteen miles from Montana and approximately 65 miles from the Canadian border.
