Job Summary:

Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC), part of Dignity Health, is recruiting a Core Faculty Family Medicine Physician for its Family Medicine Residency Program at Marian Regional Medical Center in Santa Maria, California. Marian Regional Medical Center, a Level II Trauma Center, serves the most active community in Santa Barbara County, which has a consistently growing population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses.
  • Manage long-term, acute, and chronic illnesses (e.g., diabetes, hypothyroidism, heart disease).
  • Offer guidance on preventative care, immunizations, and health maintenance.
  • Provide patient education and screening programs.
  • Work in a nurturing environment with a supportive staff.

Qualifications:

  • Valid California Medical License
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Previous faculty experience is preferred
