Emergency Medicine Medical Director

Opportunity for an Emergency Medicine Medical Director UM Bowie Health Center and UM Laurel Medical Center in Bowie and Laurel Maryland.

As a medical director at USACS, you will be responsible for collaborating with the hospital and nursing leadership while offering support to your physician staff. You will serve as a leader both within the emergency department, and as a leader within the organization. • Oversee the operations of the ED in collaboration with nursing leadership and hospital administration
• Supervise the EM staff, per the bylaws, policies and procedures of the institution
• Represent the ED in the community and within the hospital medical staff
• Position will overse both UM Bowie and UM Laurel Medical Centers

Salary

• Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $160/hour to $250/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock. Additional Director Stipend.
