Hematology/BMT Hospitalist – Tufts Medical Center – Boston, MA

The Division of Hematology/Oncology at Tufts Medical Center is seeking an exceptional Academic Hematology/BMT Hospitalist to join our Malignant Hematology/BMT practice in Downtown Boston, MA. The division is committed to high-quality clinical care, groundbreaking research, and excellence in teaching across all levels of medical education.

How You’ll Transform Patient Care:

• Manage inpatients on the Malignant Hematology/BMT subspecialty service, collaborating with Hematology Oncology faculty and fellows.
• Provide consultative services for inpatients at Tufts Medical Center.
• Supervise and teach Internal Medicine interns, residents, and fellows on the inpatient Malignant Hematology/BMT and Hematology Consultation services.
• Precept medical students from Tufts University School of Medicine during their rotations.
• Oversee quality programs and metrics for Hematology/Oncology inpatient services.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• BC/BE in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and/or Medical Oncology.
• Experience managing immune effector cell therapy, including CAR-T and allogeneic transplantation.
• Potential for academic excellence and passion for collaboration in complex clinical care.
