Oak Street Medical Clinic, a proud member of Praxis Health, is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine Physician with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience to join our dedicated team. We are looking for a provider with a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Outpatient-only setting
• Strong specialty and sub-specialty support on site
• Integrated Behavioral Health Professionals are embedded within the practice
• Call 1:13, involves telephone call only
• 12-month salary guarantee with practice ramp up: $240,000 - $260,000
• Salary range of established physicians: $270,000 - $380,000/yr 
• Comprehensive benefits, 401k, paid malpractice, generous CME and personal leave
• 4- day workweek
• Relocation, Sign-On Bonus, Student Loan Repayment

Required Qualifications & Abilities:

• Highly-engaged MD/DO physician, with at least 3 years of experience preferred
• Board Certification and Residency trained in Internal Medicine
• Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
• Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
• In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Respect for patient's confidentiality
• Compassionate and approachable
• Responsible and trustworthy
