Job Summary:
The Methodist Congenital Heart Institute and Methodist Children’s Hospital in San Antonio, Texas has an immediate opening for a pediatric cardiologist to join the growing Methodist Pediatric Cardiology team.
Qualified Candidates:
- Board certification in pediatric cardiology
- Must see pediatric cardiology patients in an outpatient setting, as well as see consults and read transthoracic echocardiograms from one or more of our affiliate hospitals in San Antonio, Texas
- Additional experience in inpatient and outpatient cardiology is desired
- The primary responsibility will be seeing pediatric cardiology outpatients in one or more of our outreach clinics in and around the San Antonio metroplex.

- The Methodist Congenital Heart Institute is a well-established and rapidly expanding program, which performs the full spectrum of procedures including neonatal cardiac surgery and surgery for low-birth-weight babies, complex valve repair including Cone procedure for Ebstein’s anomaly, pulmonary autograft procedure, and adult congenital heart surgery.
