As a per diem primary care Physician MD/DO, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant you’ll have the opportunity to make a difference in an underserved community and join a team of 20 primary care physicians and clinicians. When it comes to caring for families, PeaceHealth has a long history of providing family medicine to thousands of our neighbors and friends. The ideal Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant candidates must have five years of Family Medicine practice experience. 

Highlights about the practice:

• Schedule: Variable, Flexible 
• Clinic Hours: Mon - Fri 7:30 - 8:00pm; Sat 9:00 - 5:00pm; Sun 1:00 - 5:00pm
• The Lakefront Clinic has 32 exam spaces, 1:1 Medical Assistant, seeing up to 20 patients per day, and using EPIC EMR
• X-Ray, Lab, and Pharmacist onsite 
• On-site: Social Workers, Dietitians, Clinical Pharmacist, Diabetic, Palliative Care Specialists, Phlebotomist, Behavioral Health, In-house Controlled Substance Management, and Chronic Care Coordination Teams
• PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center The medical center offers extensive specialized services and programs, encompassing emergency care, trauma treatment, cardiac services, behavioral health support, orthopedics, cancer care, birthing services, and women’s health, all contributing to the local community’s well-being.

• Guaranteed W2 Employed Hourly Rate, Physician: $147.97
• Guaranteed W2 Employed, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant: Hourly Relief rate (based on years of experience: 0-3, 3-5, 5-10, 10+): $65.43 - $74.55
• Mileage and travel reimbursement available for those that qualify
