Mercy Oklahoma 100% Senior Care 65+ Outpatient Opportunity

Mercy in the Oklahoma City Metro Area is recruiting primary care physicians with a specialty interest in patients aged 65 and older who want to build relationships, focus on wellness, change lives, and make a difference for seniors. This is an outpatient-only position with an established patient panel size of 600 patients on Medicare and Medicare Advantage. Compensation will be a guaranteed annual salary plus quality incentives and not dependent on production metrics or wRVUs allowing you to focus on relationships and time with patients!

• Value-based care – time with patients, relationship building, quality incentives
• Dedicated panel RN for telephone encounters, triage, and inbasket support
• On-site lab, EKG, x-ray, power tables, wheelchair scales, RetinaVue Cameras, spirometry
• In-person, virtual, or telephonic encounters – annual comprehensive visits, transitional care, and acute/urgent visits
• Exceptional work/life balance with administration dedicated to removing barriers
• Guaranteed annual salary not dependent on wRVUs
• 30 minute – 1 hour appointment slots for all patients – adequate time without rush
• Manage a patient panel size of 600 or 1,000 with APP support
• Signing bonus plus paid relocation available
• Public service loan forgiveness
