Mercy Internal Medicine is currently seeking a board certified or board eligible physician to join our practice in Rolla, Missouri.  Our Mercy Primary Care team consists of 4 physicians, 1 advanced practitioner, and an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care.

 

Mercy Primary Care

• 100% Outpatient Only - No evenings holidays, or weekends
• Four-day workweek - no evenings, holidays, weekend
• Guaranteed annual salary starting at $320,000 with four optional production models following
• $125,000 Recruitment Bonus tailored to your needs
• Strong support team to help with in-basket messaging, patient follow up, and all population health and quality metrics
• Value-based primary care - time with patients, relationship building, quality incentives
• Limited call responsibility, Mercy On-Call for after hours support
• System Wide EPIC EHR
