PHYSICIAN- AUDIOLOGIST AT TRINITY HEALTH- MINOT, ND

As an Audiologist at Trinity Health, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audiological evaluations, diagnosing hearing disorders, and dispensing hearing aids and other auditory devices for patients across the lifespan. Your expertise will ensure that patients receive tailored solutions to enhance their hearing and communication abilities.

Practice Highlights:

  • State-of-the-art facility: Built in 2023; Level II Trauma Center
  • Established audiology team: Join two experienced audiologists who provide a collaborative environment and support a strong patient base. 
  • Advanced ENT Group: Work alongside an established, advanced ENT physician group with a broad range of subspecialty expertise. 
  • Dedicated OR/Clinic Block Time: Benefit from dedicated block time and streamlined collaboration with ENT to support efficient patient care. 
  • Large Referral Base: Serve patients referred from across a large regional footprint, creating an excellent opportunity for a robust and diverse clinical practice. 
  • Treating conditions: Auditory processing disorder, balance disorder, hearing loss, and sudden hearing loss. 
  • Testing and Procedures: Behavioral hearing tests, communication needs assessments, electrophysiological tests, hearing aid fitting and maintenance. 
  • Available Equipment: Titans-tympes/OAE screener, audiometers, testing booths, audio scans, and hearing aid programming equipment. 
  • Collaborative Care Model: Work closely with ENT physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.  
  • Academic & Teaching Opportunities: Medical students and residents. 

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited program.  
  • Licensure in Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensing in North Dakota.  
  • Strong clinical skills in audiological assessment and device fitting.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Compassionate approach with a dedication to improving patient care and outcomes.
