*Your Role as an RN/LPN:*
* Deliver quality nursing care through interpersonal contact
* Evaluate patient needs and update care plans accordingly
* Provide clinical supervision to CNAs
*Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:*
* Nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing)
* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing
* One (1) year geriatric nursing experience preferred
* CPR certification upon hire or during orientation

* Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
* Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
* Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
